My new morning routine after a dark night.
Developing a new morning routine after I have experienced a “Dark night of the soul” – has been a source of stability for me. Amid uncertainty and personal upheaval, I crafted this routine as a beacon of hope and renewal, and now I’m offering it to you for free.
You may find that some of the concepts in this routine are familiar, echoing wisdom you’ve encountered before. But as the adage goes, “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” Sometimes, it takes revisiting familiar teachings in a new light for their true significance to resonate deeply within us.
