To study our chart is to learn about the specific way the Divine expresses itself through our unique life.

There is a common misunderstanding that “accepting the shadow” means indulging in negativity. If, we identify our shadows – those contraction patterns in our DNA and psyche – we can recognise the Gifts hidden within them and turn them into healing tools for the benefit of all.

For example: Chiron, the wounded healer who also marks a turning point in our midlife, is the indicator of how we were hurt, and Chariklo – amongst others – reveals the remedy!
The planet with the highest degree in our birth chart (Atmakaraka in Jyotish (Vedic astrology) is known as the “significator of the soul”. It represents the soul’s deepest desire and primary lesson for our personal current incarnation.
